Bought this as a Great Gatsby themed Halloween costume, was a perfect alternative to most of the expensive flapper dresses on unique vintage.


Dress offered a comfortable fit and was not itchy on the inside like most heavily detailed costumes!


*For styling purposes I felt that the v neck looked a little too old ladyish on myself, so I unzipped the back slightly to turn the dress into an off the shoulder*


I ordered a HANDFUL of dresses for NYE. I am 5' 8" and 155lbs. I could not decide b/t a M or a L so I bought 2 of most. Went with the medium w/ the help of a 

little undergarment ;) The L fit ok, but had gaps in the side & made me look bigger than I wanted to. It was very comfy honestly and never lost a string. Looking 

back on pictures maybe it was a LITTLE too short for me, but hey, it was New Years and I was out of the house, so I went for it.


Fantastic dress, especially for the price. Matched it with an accessories kit I ordered on here, and it was perfect!


This dress does NOT look like it costs 40 bucks! Very well made, especially for the price. I looked great and had a great time wearing it. Normally a size 10/12 

and the XL fit perfectly. One note though - it is VERY short! Tall ladies beware!

Maybe I'm just too loose for 1920's culture, but all the flapper dresses I saw were dowdy or looked cheap Halloween costumes. This dress fits super well 

(Got a small, usually wear size 2-4. 34"-26"-36") and has the most fun knotted fringe pattern!


I was absolutely impressed with this dress! It fit perfectly for the occasion, which was a work related 1920's-themed gala. I'm only 5' so I wanted something 

that would hit exactly at my knees or no more than about 2" above - again, it's for a work event. I'm 115lbs and I ordered a size small. The dress was not tight, 

and had some stretch. If I was ordering for another occasion, I'd probably get the xs, to be honest. It also wasn't see through, which was another concern of mine. 

And, I have a fairly large chest, 32DD, and this dress as you can see, didn't show too much cleavage and actually had some room in the chest area although that might 

not be evident in the picture. It was well worth the purchase and I think I can even wear it again at a NYE party or soemthing because if you dont wear the 1920's 

accessories, it works as a regular party dress.


Bought this for my cousin's Gatsby themed wedding. Very beautiful. This dress is really well made and the detailing is so nice, it looks like I spent more money 

than I did on it. The black sequins glittered in the light and the fringe on the dress absolutely danced with me. I received a lot of compliments. The V-cut in 

the front is not too low or too high. Im 5'3" and the dress came to about mid thigh, with the fringe ends touching the tops of my knees. If you are tall, this 

dress might be a little too short for you. The dress is true to size. I am normally a size 12 and so I followed the sizing chart and it fit perfect. Overall, 

absolutely LOVED this dress and will put it away in my closet for future events!


It’s exactly right, when I ordered it there were more purples available, will you get more? I need them for a dance troupe.
