Answer:I think it would depend on how you carry your weight. I’m 5’3” and 205lb and a size 14 in pants but a medium to a large in shirts and the XL fit me.
I Still had some room (it wasn't skin tight) and feel it would fit larger sizes. But you may not like it if you dont like tight clothing

Answer:I'm also 31 weeks pregnant 5'1 and weigh 159 and got a size medium and it fit perfectly! The material does stretch and is not tight nor too loose.

I bought this dress in khaki for a wedding, it was very flattering and comfortable. However, I did not anticipate being under direct sunlight with absolutely no
shade for the entire ceremony. You CANNOT sweat in this. It WILL ruin your entire day lol. Had to run to find a store and buy a new dress because the stains on the
dress were horrible. If you plan to wear this during the summer or a hot spring day - don't do it. Or wear a slip under or cover yourself in baby powder idk.
Just do something to not sweat at all and don't get any liquids on it.
